Let’s Explore Your Stay in More Detail! Entrance: There are no steps required to reach the front door. However, once inside, there are 3 steps leading up to the main living room, and an additional 11 steps to reach the upper floor where the other bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area are located. One bedroom is located on the main floor and does not require any steps to access. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a King bed and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a comfortable Queen bed with fresh linens and storage space, making them ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while one bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor for added accessibility without needing to go through stairs. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms equipped with showers, fresh towels, toilet paper, and essential toiletries to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Both located on the upper floor. Kitchen: A functional kitchen area equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and dishware—making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Living / Dining Room: A cozy space with a comfortable sofa, dining area, and Smart TV—perfect for movie nights, relaxation, or spending time with loved ones. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included. Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, with detergent provided for your stay.

This home is a self-catering rental. However, for your convenience, we provide: Essential toiletries: body soap, shampoo, and basic cleaning supplies. Household basics: cooking essentials, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, and more. **Backyard:** The backyard is currently off-limits. A notice has been posted at the staircase access point, as safety maintenance and reinforcement work are currently underway. As a result, the backyard and certain sections of the stairs will not be available during your stay. Parking: This home offers a free ample street parking. Penalty Fees: Unauthorized Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit. Unauthorized Pets: No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Bringing pets without prior consent will result in a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.
