Note for parking: Parking is a bit tight, so we highly recommend using a 4-seater car. Our place includes one free designated parking spot throughout your stay. However, you will need to use paid street parking temporarily when picking up the fob before proceeding to our designated parking space. AC: Portable Air conditioning Penalty Fees: 🚭 Unauthorized Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 penalty fee will be charged if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit. 🐾 Unauthorized Pets: No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Bringing pets without prior consent will result in a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.

Great place with nice facilities, poll and playroom for kids was a hit! The parking is a bit complicated but day 2 we figured it out. FYI parking spot is small.

Great stay with our family of four for a week. Comfortable and clean condo. The pool and gym were great perks and easily accessible (just remember to pack towels). Host communication was always timely, friendly and accommodating. Location is great - walking distance to great restaurants and only a 5-15min drive to major attractions (literally a walk across the street to BC Place and Roger’s Arena). We would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly as described in the listing, plus more. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by all of the additional small touches that the property had. The host was communicative throughout and the location was a great jumping off point for almost anything we wanted to do. A very relaxing and hassle free experience. And if our travels find us in Vancouver again we’d definitely return to this property.

This home is centrally located with excellent access to public transit, bike routes, and major roadways. Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station is just a short walk away, providing quick connections to downtown, YVR Airport, and the rest of Greater Vancouver. Multiple bus lines also run nearby, making it easy to get around without a car.
