Household basics: cooking essentials, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, and more. Accessibility: Not a single-level home. Bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor. Central AC system (first floor cools very well; second floor has lighter cooling but still comfortable) Water filtration system available Driveway parking available Gardening Schedule: The lawn is typically mowed approximately once every 10 days. During each visit, the gardening team will also trim the plants and clear away fallen leaves. Please note that there may be some light noise during these maintenance activities, which could occur during your stay.
